We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and personal checks through Paypal. It’s free, secure and easy to use Paypal. If you prefer to order offline by Check or Money Order, we offer a Printable Order Form (Click HERE). Please complete form and mail to Simply Gelicious Candles, PO Box 1432, Clinton, MD 20735. Orders from Maryland residents will be assessed 5% sales tax. Your order will be shipped when your payment has been processed. LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE All local orders placed in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia vicinity will incur a minimum delivery charge of $10.00, depending on the distance. This includes phone orders and email orders. SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped USPS. Our current shipping rate is $8.95 for all Internet orders, however, actual shipping charges will apply to all wholesale and international orders. Our candles are hand poured and made to order. Please allow two weeks for delivery. If you need express shipping, please request it when placing your order and we will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date. STORE HOURS
Our online store is always open, however if you need to contact us, our regular store hours – (Eastern Standard Time) are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, 9:00AM – 1:00 PM. Closed on Sundays. RETURN POLICY
Customer service is a priority at Simply Gelicious Candles. We strive to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email us within 10 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item or grant store credit.
